All orders placed before 6pm NZST Monday through to Friday will be dispatched via courier the following day. When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking details (please check your spam folder).
Free shipping for domestic orders over $80 NZD.
Flat rate shipping of $8 NZD non-rural and $10 NZD rural, for orders under $80.
Please note - We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Australia Small (under 0.5kg) non-rural $15 NZD
Australia Large (0.5 - 2kg) non-rural $30 NZD
Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases (let's do our bit to reduce waste created from reverse shipping!). However, we are more than happy to replace any item that is defective or damaged.
If you receive an item that is broken, please let us know within 48 hours and send us photos of the package, along with a detailed description.
